Advice on removal and re done

I currently have 360 in one of my boobs and 390 in the other had this done with harley medical group about 8 years ago as they have dropped I would like them a bit more perky and a tiny bit bigger how is this procedure is it OK do u need a up lift with this?

Hey sweetie a uplift is needed if you got loads of lose skin take me I went from GG and drop to DD from breast feeding and my nipples wear quite low down I’m thinking you will not need a uplift but bigger implants xx
