Advice on sports bras please??

Hi girls I’m having 525 overs from a B cup,
Was told to buy 34 E bras? I looked on asda website I’m confused lol are they meant to be tight sporty ones or post op ones any help would be appreciated thanks x

hi hun i swore by the shock absorber bras..from debenhams about £29 or you can get them from the outlet from about £21/£22. xx

Macom surgery bras worth the money if ur spending that amount on op! I brought 2 and I am so comfortable the nurse shud recommend them too x

I got 4 different bras and I’m only comfy in my macom one xx
