Advice please

So I’m in 8th January for my BA. Iv bought Senna ( herbal laxitives) arnica tablets which Iv started taking a v pillow anti bacterial body wash. Is there anything else you can suggest I need? Also is best to get cotton sports bras or shock absorber ones? Was going to get zip up shock absorber one but read loads that the band at the bottom irritates your breasts :-/. Any advice welcome thanks.x

I’ve got a zip up shock absorber off amazon and it is good. I brought some from primark yesterday and they are actually really good too!! One was £4.00 and the other £2.50!! Xx

They have elastic at the bottom if you get fitted up for them the elastic should not be no wear near your scarring and there is few different kinds of shock it has to be the run bra xx I’ve tried the primark was no good for me I felt it didn’t hold my implants up and off my scarring comfy yeah but wasn’t up for the Job on me and was quite weak to my shock abb but u get wot u pay for I suppose and

but saying that it all depends on wot u want from a sports bra told I needed strong and able to keep my dollys n place and keep my implants of my scarring and with my uplift I wasn’t taking Any chance wot so ever so mum recommend them to me she’s a bra fitter at debhams which comes n very handy and said they wear the top sports bra there £38 but have come down to £30 now x

I’m not bothered about price alex I want a sports bra that is tight firm keep them from dropping etc. wearing a normal bra doesn’t bother me payed all this money going to do it properly. I horse ride so surgeon sed I need 2 sports bras on after 6 weeks. So want really good 1s.
