Advice please 420, 445 or 470 ccxx

Hey girls,

Just seen my surgeon, i am having naturelles TSX unders. I am 5’4 size 10 and weigh 9 stone 7. I want to look a D / DD and he has suggested either 420, 445 or 470. Anyone had simular to any of these?! Would be great to see any pics, or any advice am thinking go 445 as tried 470 in there and they felt pretty big! Im a 34B at the moment, thanks girls would really appreciate any advice :)xx

Hi Duck,

Based on your 34 back size, all three implants work well; however I think the 420 is a little small. Dependant on what you are trying to achive the 470s would look fab. TSX Implants are an extra High Profile, so they are going to be a really good implant.

What look do you want to achive? Overs will carry a more faker look the larger you go, but many girls love this (I Do)

Just for info size info below. Let us know what you are really looking for:

Size Diameter Projection

420 12.0 5.9

445 12.25 6.0

470 12.5 6.2

So 10mm difference across your chest in total (between 240 & 470) and 3mm different projection.

Also he went through disadvantages and advantages of overs and unders. Unders had more disadvantages. Yer I’m thinking 420 little small I think 470 may just look to fake, although I want ppl to tell iv had them done I don’t want them to look too fake want big but natural if that makes sense! What did u av done?xx

Hey hun yeah I’m thinking the same! My sister came with me and was like I think the 420 as they all seem big on u, but I think I’d get boob greed if I went for lowest! Its such a tough one isn’t it! What size u hoping to end up?xx

Go 470, honestly there is not that much difference and they will look great boobies. 90% of girls regrent not going bigger. Remember you can hide them when required and show them off when you need to.

Cool thanks Cathy ill have a think, such a tricky one! Where did you find the stats for the implant sizes iv searched but having no luck thanks hunxxx

Cathy you seem to really know alot about this, would you mind if I add you please? I’m so stuck on whether to go TRF or TRX, my surgeons put me down for TRF but i’m worried they might not be as pert as i’d like xx

I have links to both catalogues if you want them hun, it’s just hard as 470 in Natrelle is like the 525s in Cui and when I tried on the 460 in Cui that was pretty big I’d definately not go any larger, which was the equivalent in 445 Natrelle and the 410s in Cui are like the 420’s…. You might get boob greed but you also have to think of the increased sagging and risks with larger implants and I’d much rather put that first over having bigger boobs x x

Hey Kathryn, how did you get on, which ones did you go for?
I have been offered the exact same sizes as you were and I don’t know what to go for! I want a D/DD result but not too fake looking if I can!
