Advice please 8 weeks post op

Hi ladies I’m 8 weeks on Friday, I had 300 hp unders, but my left boob is still hurting like a bruise pain but there is no bruise there, I’m a worrier and starting to have a mini break down, thinking is it capsular contracture or is some thing wrong, I just thought at 8 weeks id be doing cartwheels but still got a little bit of pain it’s annoying.

I am 14 weeks post op and i still cant sleep on my abdomen, i feel pain like yours. I am guessing its normal. 8 weeks is too early to worry about CC

Thank you for your reply, I’ve seen so many ppl at 6 weeks saying they are fine and no pain and keep thinking why can I still feel pain, but feel better now thanks xx

Hey love, I’m 6 weeks post op and I still have some pain. Mine is very localised. At the end of my incision under my left breast I have a tiny lump which my patient advisor and PS have said is the end of the internal stitches. I just need to massage that area and hopefully it will go. They said to give it a week and then if it’s not gone to make an appointment to see them. I also have the same thing under the middle of my right breast along the incision line. I had overs by the way. Xx

Thanks for the reply beaut, that’s exactly where my pain is, I had unders so I know they will take a bit longer to heal maybe I’m just being impatient but it’s hard isn’t it not to worry, I hope every thing goes ok with yours xx
