Advice please!

Hi lovelies!

So I’m 11DPO but I HATE my Macom bra. Every time I sit down the bloody bottom band rolls up and digs into my incision (probably because I’m a fatty)
I also bought an M&S high impact sports bra but that doesn’t fit.

Can anyone recommend a supportive but comfy bra that won’t break the bank please? Xx

I totally agree I feel exactly the same about both. Trust me Amazon yianna is a dream I ended up buying 3 because I had exactly the same issues m&s didn’t fit Macom rolled up. It’s £15 and I ordered a medium I had 450hp unders from 34a just for size reference!

Asda sports bras are also a life saver! 2 for £8. I alternate between these two, my m&s high impact and yianna x

I got the yianna off Amazon £15 so comfy x

OMG Ive been having the same problem. I’m now 10 days PO AND had to go out and buy more on a friends recommendation from M&S – they feel really comfy and supportive. I’m wearing it to work for the first time tomorrow! My friend swore by training bras from M&S and the ones I have bought are post surgery bras. You don’t pay VAT on them either.
Hope that helps! The Macoms really irritated my incisions but since I’ve been able to shower freely again I must admit it hasn’t been as bad.
