    Hi girls

So I’ve had 2 surgeon consultations so far. I’m 5ft 3, 8st 1, 32B and petite frame. My desired look is very natural and at biggest a D. I have in mind around 240cc and wanted the teardrop look.

My first surgeon consultation was with Mr Clarke who I really liked. Very comfortable, chatty and put me at ease.
He said I had slight tubular breasts and with me telling him what I want he recommended an uplift with areola reduction, but not that this was a necessity and he could try correcting this with a normal op. He said a round implant would give me a desired teardrop look as my breasts are heavier at the bottom, so a teardrop implant would just issentuate this.
He recommended anything up to 300cc but would be happy doing 240cc overs.

My second surgeon consultation was with Ms Lutz, who I also liked and very straight to the point.
She made we aware that my left breast was slightly larger than my right and said about correcting the asymmetry.
She recommended 275cc in my left and 300cc in my right, high profile. When saying I didn’t want to go that big she said about 225cc in my left and 250cc in my right but worried it wouldn’t have much projection and that the 225cc may not ‘fill’ what I already have.

Now I feel so confused because I’m left feeling am I one or the other or both. But neither surgeon mentioned each other’s points? Ms Lutz didn’t believe I was tubular but Mr Clarke didn’t say I would need 2 different sizes in each breast.

I hate how I look at the moment and feel my areolas are too big for my breasts at the moment too and that I feel I just want to look a lot fuller whilst still looking natural.

I’ll try and attach a photo but any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’m left feeling very confused 🙁
Also if there’s anyone with similar stats to me with before and after of 200-250cc that would really help thank you xxx

When I saw 2 surgeons with different views I felt the way to resolve it was to have a third consultation!

Alternatively you could just ask your preferred one ‘another surgeon suggested this, what do you think?’ and take thier word for it.

Each surgeon does things a bit differently so it’s important to find one you trust then disregard previous conflicting advice.

I think that’s what I’ll end up doing. Out of the two I prefer Mr Clarke and have my second consultation booked with him so I may see what he says then and mention what was said to see what his opinion. I think it’s so hard but just have to trust their judgement! Ideally I think I want a areola reduction and implant as I’d like to think it could be corrected this way. Thanks Hun x

Ho Maisie, I am 2 days post op with Mrs lutz, I’m thrilled. I’m 5ft, 45kg, tiny frame and a body builder. She is to the point but lovely. I totally recommend her. I’ll attach my pictures. I had 250 partial unders, currently in a yianna 34d bra which is a little tight. Seriously I’m so happy I had them done and with her work, I was an empty b cup before. Good luck

I forgot to say, as someone who had slight assymmetry before, it never bothered me and my surgeon didn’t feel it was worth trying to correct it. Now I’ve had the implants I feel personally it’s less noticeable but I still wouldn’t be bothered even if it was there as it’s still the same amount of assymmetry as before.

So I guess it’s good to ask yourself, does your assymmetry bother you now? Bear in mind that you will probably spend more time staring at your boobs after and some people become really self critical of them, so if you’re that kind of person, it may be best to try and correct it.

I had 275 moderate plus implants 3 weeks ago and am about a 32DD now.

Hun I’m exactly the same height and weight as you… I’m 8 stone 1 and 5 ft 3 and I had 240 cc with ms lutz about 5 months ago, I did have one bigger then the other but we didn’t correct this, I’ll attach a photo x

They look amazing! I bet you’re so happy. I think a small implant can go along way so trying to stick with my gut! xx

But just to give a bit of advice I’d deffo go with what ms lutz has said…

Holly that’s so right. I feel like Mr Clarke potentially thinks it can be corrected with the same size implant, I’ll have to ask him this but with him not mentioning anything about it I’m guessing this is the case.

I think because I’ve never liked them now that asymmetry has been mentioned I can’t stop noticing it and it’s in my mind more than before if that makes sense. I’ll try and attach a photo to give more of an idea of how I look x

Where are you based in the country? I’m having 280 teardrop overs and maybe able to recommend a surgeon

I’ve just had 225cc round unders in Both to create the natural look. Op was today and this is them. Do not do what I did and be put off by smaller implants! X

Maisie your asymmetry is a bit similar to mine in the sense that one of my boob creases was higher than the other, as well as one slightly bigger. My surgeon lowered my one boob crease as much as he could so it is now way more even with the other, but we didn’t change implant size.
Lots of surgeons lower creases without even explaining beforehand, so it may be Mr Clarke is planning on doing that anyway, as the size difference may not actually be that bit, it’s just the crease that is making it look so different.

I think that will be Mr Clarke’s approach because initially I wouldn’t have thought my sizing was that dramatically different to need different implant sizes if that makes sense? I’m so eager but excited to see him again because I feel like I have so many questions to ask now haha.

I’m thinking whether to ask about potentially an areola reduction? I’m hoping the ‘lift’ element could be corrected as much as possible without necessarily needing a lift fingers crossed. Thank you so much for your help x

In the nicest way possible they are quite big, and mine seem bigger after implants, totally depends on whether they bother you though! Also, a reduction may lift them a little too, like you said!

I think it’s so hard to decide and I’m worried about the scar, but I wouldn’t want them to get any bigger. I wish I could fast forward time to see what they’d look like with just an implant haha!
