Advice please anyone.

Hi I had my BA 8th January Iv been sleeping half day up. I’m sleeping slightly better than I thought. However getting really bad back ache and boobs are aching every morning they feel really achy and swollen. Is this normal? Any advice would be great.x

yes! totally normal for you to ache especially in the morning. your body is just getting used to them x

Thanks @Lucy they feel solid and heavy on a morning thought it would be normal but just wanted to make sure. Can’t wait to feel normal again.xx

Try a hot water bottle for the back ache – I’m 3 days post op and will be trying it tonight – works a treat apparently!! X

Try putting a pillow under your knees hun, will take the pressure off your back. And the got water bottle too
