Advice please: size 14/27 year old with no children! Overs or unders?

Hi all,

Had my consultation yesterday with Mr Giannas and left feeling a bit confused as I could have either and unders!? Kids are a must for me but not for a few years. Can anyone let me know their results with over and unders? And after children? I’ve been told my breast tissue sits low already and have been offered 475/450 (as apparently I’m wonky too!) and I’m just worried they could be down by my ankles by the time I’m 35. Thanks in advance lovelies x
