Hi ibe taken my steri strips off today nd im scared to do anything now cud my scars open ip again if I lift something to heavy or sumtthing ??? Advice plzz???
If the nurse thought you were at risk of a major opening, she wouldn’t have allowed you to take the strips off. After my first op I had to wait 19 days for a shower, as my incisions hadnt knitted together, this time is much different, bring on my shower tomorrow and the knowledge I’m ok 🙂 xx
