Advise in panick mode!

So yesterday I had my strapping and all fine and today I had a bath bottom half but took my bra off, and lent forward to wash my hair as I carnt soak stiches…well now my right boob has dropped but left still really high:( should I worry or is it sue to swelling and I’m right handed so use that hand arm more. Xx
