Im booked in preston on 30th. I can either have 350 375 400cc under or over.

I am so undecided. I didn’t feel like the bras helped when trying the different sizes on either.

im wanting a natural look so thought had to go under but my friends had her over and look natural.

new to this forum and how it all works sorry

    Hey.
All I can recommend re sizes is to do the homemade rice sizes (weigh out your implant size i.e. 350cc, in grams and stick them in a pair of stockings, tie a knot and cut the excess fabric off then mound into shape and stick in your bra) or go back and see your PC to try the different sizes again.
As for unders vs. overs, if your surgeon has offered you both options knowing that you want a natural result then I’m sure you’ll get a natural result with either. If you choose to go for a larger implant and overs then the chances of rippling and seeing the edge of the implant can be higher than if they were under. How likely this is depends on how much breast tissue you have to cover the implant – I assume you have a good amount otherwise the surgeon wouldn’t have offered overs.
Having a bigger implant and overs does mean that there is a higher risk of the implant sagging over the years. Sagging will happen with either implant placement but it’s less with unders.
Going for unders does mean a longer recovery but that’s insignicant in the scheme of things.
You’re paying a lot of money for this op so if you’re in any doubt I would speak with your surgeon and get his recommendation from the options he’s offered.
    Xx
