Advise please?? 14 weeks post op

So I’m around 14 weeks post op…went from a 32aa to a 34D/DD depending on where I shop…anyway I still have no nipple sensation and still feel numb say if I scratch and my right has rippled a lot:(. Other than that they look fine in a bra:) xx
