Advise please – 15dpo swollen, hard and cramp feeling

Hi girls I’m a little worried and my surgeon has gone on holiday today …. I’m 15dpo been doing quite a lot like driving , washing , cleaning, tidying etc and at the end of the day for 2 days my right implant keeps going really hard and swollen at the top and feels really tight !? Is this normal !!?? Am I doing too much ??

I’m thinking muscle spasm???

Mine is the same I’m only 9 days post op but my right side hasn’t settled like my left. It keeps going really hard. I’m not with mya but I spoke to my surgeon and they have put a little more strapping back on for me and told me to try not use my right arm as much. Try give it chance to relax x
