Advise tender breasts and bras??

Hi ladies,
so im 15 days post opp and whislt there slowly dropping there still really tender (as expected) how long before they feel less tender? also when i take off my bra its like the nerve endings in my right nipple go made and stings? yet if i touch i carnt feel them?….also iv been wearing macom bras what could i get with excellent support for a change?

Could be hypersensitivity Hun I had it for quite a long time after my boob job x
