advised to have uplift + implants rather than just implants

I saw dr Andrea today (who is absolutely lovely by the way!) And as soon as he had a look at my breasts he said i need an uplift and can have implants with that too but wouldnt want to do any higher than 300cc as they wouldnt last. Im pretty devastated as I had just come to terms with having underboob scars, and the thought of scars all around my nipple and the line from nipple to underboob really terrifies me. I want them done so badly but is it reallt worth paying all this money to have nice boobs for maybe 8yr or so then have to fork out for another surgery and have all these scars?! I am so upset. My PC said i could try mr traynor and he might say i just need implants.. but dr andreas point was that implants alone will leave excess skin and will just sag anyway.. i also wpuld want to go bigger than 300 if i was just to have implants which i probably cant do anyway… so i dont know what to think 🙁 anybody else had this? Any advice at all would help! Thanks x

I was in a pretty similar position to you Leanne, I just thought initially I could have implants. It never even dawned on me that I might need an uplift, anyhow I met mr Andrea and I do need one… I’m booked in for surgery with him on 26th April, ice every faith hell do an amazing job, he offered me 255, 275 and 295 and left the choice with me. It’s trying to imagine what they’ll look like after and whether they will stay pert. It’s so difficult to find anyone with pics a year or so later. Xxx

Ella it sounds like he’s given you similar options as me, from what I’ve seen here and what my PC said Dr Andrea loves a good uplift! Haha. But it seems like its because he’s a perfectionist and really does want all of his work to be outstanding, I don’t doubt his abilities in the slightest. I know I’ve been trying every since the meeting to find pics of uplifts further down the line but cant seem to find any past 3 month or so! Are you worrying about the scars too? x

Yeah Leanne, I’m worried about the scars and generally what they’ll look like after and how pert they’ll be etc… Hope you’re surgery has gone well Ashley and your happy with your new boobs. Xxx
