After care

I had my op on Sunday – it went well and I don’t have any problems which is good.

I was just wondering if it’s normal that no one from Mya has contacted me since. I understand I have been given the emergency numbers but no emails or texts were sent to see how it went and that I was happy.

Is this normal or have I been missed off the list?

I think it all depeands on your PC, some ladies get a call and some leave you to it unless you have issues and want to get in contact.Did you get a post op apt for your 1 week check? IF not give them a call to book in x

Luckily I made my post op appointment when I had my pre op so I don’t have to panic about that part.

My PC rang me on the day to see if I was ok and to say good luck but I was already in theatre so I rang her on the Monday (I had my op Friday) just to say I was ok and thanks for the call but she does tend to just let me get in touch with her if I need anything so I wouldn’t worry about it. Hope you are feeling well after the op? Xx

I had txs on the day asking how i was but the same i havent had a tx or call since day of op x

Lol I agree with kaydee. And I’ve just wrttien an essay of my experience. Not all of us gets the 5* treatment 😉 haha

I would say not to worry though Hun, I wouldn’t expect them to contact u. I would like to think if u need help the contact numbers they give u are just fine x
