After op.

Hi girls, can anyone give me some advice on what helpful things I should be doing after my op? Should I be putting anything on my incisions, should I be putting bio oil on to prevent scars ect? Please help. Xxxx

Bio oil pre op.. nothing po until u have healed nicely then use the oil again and dermatix strips are good for scars x

When do you use the dermatix strips?

U can use them as soon as the skin is totally healed no soreness oozing etc.. i didnt feel comfortable putting anything on the scars until 3 months po x

My BA is on Thursday Iv been using bio oil morning and night for the past few days and will till the night before. Iv also been taking arnica tablets to help with swelling and bruising hun.xx

What’s arnica tablets? When do you take them? Xx
