Does anyone else wake up in absolute agony? I feel like my insisions are burning and like I’m going to be sick. I’m 2 days post op and have been told I have to keep my bra and strap on for 2 weeks but worried it might be too tight. The pain killers are making my tummy really bloated too. Has anyone else had this or can offer any advice? I had 350 unders ????
I’m 3dpo had 600cc overs and I’m not feeling to great today either Hun stiches are burning n pulling also when i stand up my support bra not really an issue as it’s comfy but I can’t wait to be able to take it off n be free lol even an hour would do right now xxx
I’m the same, 2 days post op and can’t get comfortable at night. My stomach is bloated and tender and I don’t think my boobs could possibly swell anymore! Hopefully we’re almost through the worst (that’s what I’m hoping). I can move my arms better today so that’s a good sign x
I would wake up with really bad burning pains in my incisions, I did create a post with some tips that helped me to help others, but just in case you haven’t seen it, I do believe that the cause of the burning is mainly from if you are sitting/laying too low. So try positing yourself at a higher angle.
Also use a ice blocks to place onto the place were you are feeling discomfort and this will help with taking the pain away a bit.
I’m 9DPO now. Days 1-4 were the worst. I had burning everywhere and my chest was so tight. I literally just wanted to cry all the time. Day 5 I woke up and had pain, but kept busy everyday since then and I only have ‘morning boob’ so the pain first thing and it’s been okay from then! I’m up and about and sort of back to normal with odd pains here and there. Ice packs were amazing. I stopped cocodamol day 4 and my bloating has gone down today x
Im 4dpo and honestly i feel like a new woman. No pain at all and ive been able to do everything for myself today. Day 2 and 3 were the worst but 100% get up out of bed and sit in a chair, the difference pain wise is amazing! Xx
