Agony

Really didn’t expect this much pain after my op yesterday. Bee taking all my pain killers regularly but in so much pain I can’t even put my sports bra on or sit up by myself 🙁 keep crying cause my best friend is literally having to babysit me, please tell me it gets better than this and I’m not the only one, I feel worse than I felt yesterday.

Aww hun I was exactly the same I couldnt stop crying into so frustrating. I was taking the co codamol but they wasn’t doi g anything so I took ibuprofen inbetween doses, it does get easier honest I know it dosent feel like it will now but it does. Im 3 days po now feeling loads better just tight today. Gd look hun try your best to sleep as much as you can you heal while your asleep xx

There is nothing more annoying than not being able to move !!! It’s not unbearable pain but I really do feel like I’ve been ran over by a tram !!! Have you put your sports bra on yet ?? Xx

Hey hun if its not getting any better maybe get some tramadol to take for a couple of days it helped me loads xx

Iv only just put my sports bra on today but dnt think its needed with strapping, I just needed to cover my nips there was irritating me xx

Hi Paige. I’m 4 days po now. My second day started off ok but as the day went on I became very stiff and sore and took my painkillers. 3rd day the same, stiff and sore. Had to get help lifting me up off sofa etc. only took 1 lot of painkillers. Day 4 I have woke up my macom feels right but I have very little pain and took no painkillers yet. Taking my antibiotics like clock work tho. Just take it easy. I never moved off sofa. X

Thanks girls. I’m really suffering at the moment I was given no antibiotics to take home as I was told by one of the nurses it was injected in me after surgery ? Very confused but I don’t know. I have paracetamol and no tramadol. Probs the worst pain of my life can’t wait to feel normal again

U get antibiotics injected after surgery like u say.. u should have been given a weeks worth of tablets to take home hun.. hope ur feeling better soon xx

I was given 5 days worth of co codamol and 7 days of antibiotics but said not to start taking until Wednesday as I also has some
Whilst in surgery. Xx

Im 5 days post op, its does get easier babe..you have your up and down days but it will all be worth it in the end 🙂 x

I have been taking Nurofen express and x 2 of them works a treats long side anti biotics as other girls said it does get better even though it doesn’t feel like it first day I was very tearful day 6 and am neatly back to normal good luck and chin up Hun x

I’m the same hun, had my op on Friday. Been in tears cus it’s so painful, cant pull myself up on my own. I’ve been hammering the tablets down me. Your not alone. How are you today?xx

hey hun.. i am the same. woke up this morning and cannot do a thing for myself. i was sent home with paracetamol and ibuprofen which i have been taking religiously but it doesnt seem to ease the pain. i bought some paracetamol and codiene.. but to be fair that isnt making much difference. i am sitting on the sofa with a bag of ice on my boobs.. try it, it does help slightly. hope you feel better soon babe xx

im the same babe im one day post op im in so much pain!!! cant even move was worse when i woke up. i kno the feeling its horrible we will get thru it 🙂 send me a message if you wana chat seeing as you had the op a day before me xx

I have woke up today feeling horrible..mornings and evenings seem to be the worst times for me 🙁 anyone know when things start to get easier ?? X

Thanks girls, hope u all feel better soon too ! I think I’m just expecting to feel instantly better after painkillers and need to wake up a bit and realise this isn’t a speedy process, oh and stop worrying !! How are you all getting on ?
Paris, I’m not too bad today just the blisters and right boob are my main issue and not being able to do anything for myself 🙁 🙁 . How’re you ? Xxx
