So I’m sitting in my room and got my gown an paper knickers on!!

Just saw Dr G and had a final chat about what kind of nose I want 🙂

Really excited but kinnda nervous now!!!

Thanks guys, got out of theatre about an hour ago! Everything went well in my nice cosy room now eating toast 🙂 can’t wait for dinner! X

Just in bed watching tv, all the nurses are lovely and they treat u like a star! Nice warm comfortable room and feel like I’m in a hotel. No pain at all just very slight sore throat but the ice cream helped sooo much!!

Thats good to hear, I keep saying to my mum that I’ve heard its not painful just uncomfortable and she doesn’t believe me, she thinks I won’t be able to hack it! I am getting so excited to book my op reading about it. Was it much more to book to stay over night? Sounds like you are doing really well, jealous you got a new nose and ice cream haha! Hope you get a good nights rest tonight, you sleeping upright? x x

Had my op yesterday too… I cant get comfy to sleeeeep. Dr g was amazing! Hope your managing to sleep better than me lol xx

Hey girls, my sleep last night was awful I must say, kept waking myself up as I’m not used to breathing through my mouth! They brought my breaky in at 7am tho so just stayed up since then.

Gotta sleep upright yeah which isn’t easy either. Felt much better when they took the packaging out this morning tho.

sleep does get easier as the days go on, i bought a v pillow and now im sleeping on my side slightly raised. my nose has started to clear which is great and i will have my cast off next tuesday!! happy days lol xx

That’s great to hear babyboo! I got a v pillow too which is great. You must be very excited! Only a week to go until you see your new nose!!!

yes the swelling has gone down alot, it looks symmetrical and smaller! ive still got alot of bruising though =S hopefully it will go down before next week. mine was open so alot of work was done xx
