Alcohol after surgery??

Hi girls just wondering how long u all waited until after surgery before having a drink.. I’m only 2 days post op mad feeling great. It’s my sisters prom night tonight and I’m just wondering if I can have a glass of bubbles to toast her. Obviously nothing crazy just the one glass x

I was told 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after no alcohol, it slows down recovery so my personal opinion I wouldn’t, I’m gonna go the 4 weeks dry haha! I worry though, and knowing my luck I’d have one glass and a boob would fall off! ? ..but then, one glass can’t hurt surely! Xx

Iv looked through my paper work and can’t find anything about it so I’m not gonna risk it just to be on the safe side x

I had my op on a Sunday, the following Friday I had my 1st night out. I have had an excellent recovery and was out shopping the day after my op so i guess its really upto you xx

My surgery is very close to my birthday – my nurse told me one drink would be ok
