Hey sweetie, yes I already train, have been for about a year now, I am quite lean but will obiously get a lot leaner for comps, I want to start training asap after but nurse says I have to wait 6 weeks?
I guess I could lightly start doing legs after a few weeks though, leg press, extensions etc
How long did you take to get back into it? And would you say unders or partials are the way to go?
