All done! Finally went down at about 3.30 and was back up at 25 past 4. Up and about straight away (had general) and ate toast and drank coffee and had a tinkle. Got dressed and was on my way at 7.30 and now sat in beef eater about to eat a steak! No pain really, just right. Did have major stinging at incisions straight after for an hour or so but fine now! So happy! I could have cried. My surgeon (Mr Mounir, at Preston) said I would absolutely need an uplift in future (before the op). Afterwards said he was mega happy and that’s not the case any more from what he sees and he ‘could look at them all day’. So happy I had this done, wasn’t nervous all day up until the cannula..
