All done!!!

Got back to the room 1 hour ish ago and starting to feel a bit more with it!!!

A little sore and ribs feel heavy but feeling ok!! 🙂 going under was soooooo not as bad as I thought! I was in bits in the anaesthetic room but it all happened so quickly! Will keep you updated!

Thanks everyone!! Trying to eat my meal but im not hungry at all and am struggling to eat the smallest of bites…was anyone else like this? My ribs feel tender!!!

I couldn’t even eat a quarter of a sandwich, throat, mouth was so dry and no appetite either for a few days.

I ate 3/4s of my sarnie… But it was a case of forcing it down. I nibbled on some biccies later on in the afternoon too. I pretty much slept all afternoon on the day of the op.

It’s normal to feel tender/not hungry – try to eat as much as you can because it will stop you from feeling groggy after the anaesthetic!

Hey Jackie! Just had a little nap and feel much better 🙂 I so need to go wee now but scared of these drains and just looking at the bottle of blood is making me feel funny lol! Does the nurse have too come toilet with me or can I go and just take the drain bottle thing! My chest doesn’t feel half as tender as it did when I came to the room. I thought the pain would get worse not get better so is this positive???

In same boat! Ribs feel like they’ve been crushed !
Can’t eat, I am shitting myself for the drains to come out
And my boobs look massive! Do yours zo? xxx

Hi Hun congrats on your new assets! I was bruised all down both sides of my ribs after my op, the Nurse said because I’m quite athletic and muscley that going under the muscle it would have that effect? Don’t ask me why lol xxx

Hey hun! Oh really? See I can’t tell what’s hurting…my ribs or chest or both!! I had overs hun. Being in the car is so bad right now. My chest/ribs are throbbing. Might have to give in to painkillers soon but really wanted to avoid them as all girls on here say they made them so sick!??

Well done Zoe knew you would be ok, take the nurse to the loo with you and get pampered a bit too !

I was fine with them Hun! Just take one to begin with then take 2 if u feel ok with them xx

Oh that’s good to hear! I will take them as soon as I get in. I have excruciating shooting pains in left boob and have had them for past hour only in one boob? Is this normal. It’s scaring me as its coming and going in waves!!
