Am I going to ruin them?!

Hi 🙂 I’m 19 days post op and not in any pain any more at all, I keep waking up on my side and obviously slept like that the whole night! I’m worried il damage something but I can’t help it I’ve always slept on my side. Does anybody know if this will effect anything? Xxx

Hi Lhea, I started sleeping on my side from week 4 as it felt comfy enough to and I had my 6 week check up and Friday and everything was fine. The nurse said I could start sleeping on my side and I told her I had been for the last two weeks and she said that’s fine xx

I’m not even 3 weeks yet! I can’t help it I just wake up on my side it doesn’t hurt or anything but worried it might cause them to settle in the wrong place 🙁 xxx

ive been sleeping on my side after first week and im fine. i can not sleep on my back at all xx
