Hi all,
I’m all booked in for a BA on 5th August (not a MYA. patient). I’ve been told my breasts are slightly tubular and because of my petite frame (just under 5’2 and weigh approx 7st) that the best option for me are teardrop partial implants, moderate/high profile as I don’t have much tissue (currently wear between 32A/B cup) I want a really natural look so my surgeon has suggested 255cc mod or 275cc high . I’ve used the 3D imaging but really worried that these are still going to be too big! Ideally I want to be a full C. I know everyone’s sizing can be different but if anyone has similar stats to me I’d love to see or hear about your results! Thanks xx
@clare141 Hey! I’m 1 week post op and I’ve just had 330cc anatomical implants under the muscle. I can’t comment on the size of mine yet as it’s far too early and I’ve got weeks, maybe months before I see the final result and size. I don’t think 275 will be too big in my opinion but it’s your personal preference. I was an A beforehand aswell xx
Hi I’m having 380cc high anatomical implants at Preston tomorrow. I have a mis shapen chest and I was advised that anatomical would be the best. I’m 5’7 size 10 and currently 32a/b and Mr mounir thinks I could go as big as 430 but as I’m having a nipple lift I don’t want to go too big! Xxx
Alexandra – Hope your recovery is going well! Are you happy with the shape so far? Despite all of my research I do keep questioning if they are going to be ‘long looking’ ? Xx
Gemma, how exciting! I hope your surgery went smoothly? I will be in Preston to have mine done too.Yes my surgeon said I could go bigger and he still thinks it would look ‘natural’, i think I’m just so concerned that I don’t want them to appear stuck on to my small frame?! Xx
imo anatomical implants are already more ‘natural’ looking anyways, and that coupled with the fact that most girls always wish they went bigger more than they wish they went smaller post-surgery (boob greed is real lol, even when you initially ‘wanted a smaller size’ things change post-op) and therefore most people’s advice would be to always pick the bigger of two sizes, thus i would say you should go for the 275 HP implants. BUT discuss it with your surgeon and ultimately do what makes you happy and less likely to regret it in the future 🙂 xxxx
Yes I’m loving the shape of mine! I took a picture day 1 and thought they hadn’t changed much but I took another picture today and they have changed so much already it’s crazy. My swelling has reduced and the gap has closed, giving me a closer cleavage! Xx
I know I’ll probably change my tune after the op but right now I don’t think I’ll be getting boob greed as I’m so worried about looking too big for my frame, however my mum had a BA years ago (same size frame as me etc) and wishes she’d gone bigger so that is in the back of my mind! X
Alexandra, it sounds like your op went well! Have you put any pictures on her and? Can I be cheeky and ask was it your own choice to go for anatomicals? I haven’t really had much of a choice and I’m quite concerned about rotation etc! X
My surgery was fine! I’ve even been up and about today and only taken paracetamol and ibuprofen as well as my antibiotics. I’ve not felt the need to take anything stronger I’m just a bit sore and uncomfortable. I’m glad i went with the 380 and not the 430 and my boob skin already feel’s like it couldn’t stretch any further. Im not worried about roration or ripplin because as fat as I am aware if it’s within a certain amount of time it can be re done at no cost and mine are definitely better than they were. I love them already! Xx
Just go with what you think will suit you most. It’s hard to picture what they will look like but if you’re happy with size then I’d go with it. I don’t have any pictures on here atm but I will upload some soon! It was my own choice to go for anatomicals because of my personal preference. I prefer the way they look once they drop. People too often go on about the risk of rotation but it’s only a 1% chance. Which is pretty slim. It really is down to the technique of the surgeon and how good they are at creating the pocket for the implant xx
