Anatomical / teardrop implant before and afters

Hi, I’m getting 315cc anatomical implants and wondered if anyone would mind sharing before and afters as there doesn’t seem to be many girls who get this shape?
I was measured as having 2cm breast tissue which is borderline whether to go over or unde, but my surgeon has opted for overs.
I’m 24 and my height is 5 foot 5 and weight about 57kg
