so I’ve been anemic since getting pre eclampsia with my second child ( now have 3 children ) at one point my iron levels were dangerously low and since been told I’m anemic and I have to take a high dose of iron tablets every day .. I’ve had a blood test and my iron levels are ok to still have the surgery done but got to keep up with the tablets to avoid complications .. was just wondering do I not take them on the day of my surgery and do I take them straight after ? Been worrying now that i won’t be able to have op
