So far every single appointment iv had has been moved. Now been told not asked to move my 6 week check up by another 2 weeks making it 8 weeks. And when i said i have business to run cant keep dropping everythinge all the time because they move my appointments i get a snotty text from a staff member named ashlie saying. can you make it or not! Im sorry but im sure im a paying customer love give me some respect ahh ok rant over!
aw hun im really sorry to hear that, working in customer service myself its really horrible (actually makes me cringe) to see stuff like this, i think i take my job a little too seriously aha xx
Id like to say i have since had my appointment back for my original date an time thank god as was unable to do the other date and time and iv also received a phoncall from ashlie to say sorry and she had not mn for the text to come across as rude or blunt!
