Answers and advice please!

Hi ladies,
I’ve finally made the decision to go with MYA, I’m looking to book my consultation in July when I have the deposit ready.
I am 5’3 size 6/8 (mostly 8) small framed and a small B cup. If you guys could help me with some answers I’d really appreciate it!
How quickly is does everything happen.. Once I have my consultation will I be waiting months for the actual surgery?
I’m hoping to end up with a size D/DD cup depending how it will look on my frame.
Is there any surgeons you would recommend or not recommend?
I’ve heard unders are better for the more natural look and not ‘bolt on’ look, also they are better as you get older when your body changes after having babies etc, is this true?

I’m the same stats was 32b had 325cc mod plus unders. On the 25th April. I seen the PC who was brilliant I them booked to see a surgeon after telling them the look I wanted (natural) although the surgeon was lovely I didn’t feel we clicked so I booked to see another surgeon and I knew then that’s who I was going to go with. The surgeons come to different clinics on different days so it would depend on location and availability for how long after seeing the PC you would see the surgeon is say 1-2 weeks. I paid my deposit and secured a date I could have had my Op earlier but picked a date in April due to work reasons. I paid my deposit and of January. Different surgeons iterate on different day again depending on the place you choose for the Op and the surgeon. There has to be a cooling off period of 2 weeks after you’ve paid the deposit by law but overall I think it can be as quick or as slow as you like.

I’ve just had Dr Netri who I would 1000% recommend he really is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable and is a genuinely a lovely man who is very good at his job. I’m 4 days PO and I love them already perfect size for my frame although I was worried they would be to big ! Time from my consultation to surgery I originally was booked in two weeks after consultation day ! I had to move it due to holiday and ended up having it 4 weeks after consult so it really depends on your availability surgeon location etc but can be a very quick turn around. Hope this helps xx

Thank you @jodymarie that’s really helped. I spoke to MYA yesterday and they told me to ring end of June to book for consultation as they can only see 2 weeks ahead in the diary. I think Nottingham will be the closest for me, do you know what bra size you’ll be with having 325cc? & who was your surgeon? XX

@Katie I am with the Cardiff branch and Kristina my PC has been amazing so has Vanessa the nurse. I’m not sure yet I’m having the strapping off tomorrow so haven’t even seen them properly. I’m wearing a 32d post Op bra but I bought a 32dd from M&S that won’t do up on me it’s to tight. I was aiming for a D cup which I’m more than sure I’ll reach. X
