Anti depressants and surgury

Anyone got any experience of being on anti depressants .I’ve just booked my surgeon appointment but reading reviews I’m scared the surgery won’t go ahead. Can anyone help X

Hi hun I had my surgery on the 30th Aug and I’m on a strong dose of anti depressants.
As long as you get a covering letter from your GP stating that the surgery wont affect your recovery whilst on anti depressants you will be fine.
I was very worried mine would be cancelled but the letter is al the surgeon needs. X
