Anxiety issues????

So only at my pre op was I told that I had to be 6 months clear of anxiety tablets, I had one prescription in April which I didn’t even finish and now may have to have my op postponed a few months? Has anyone had this? My doctor has sent a letter saying I’m ok now and that he sees no issue do you think that’ll be ok? I can’t be the only one that’s had these problems
