Any advice ladies- Band size???

Hi ladies, bit of advice needed…I have got my ba in 18 days + still not sure what size sports bra’s to get? First I got told to get a 36d + 36dd, then at my pre-op today the nurse + my pc said to get a 34d + 34dd. I said don’t u need to go up a band size + they both said no. I am currently a 34a + I am having 410 unders. What size shall I get? X

I’m having 415 unders and my pc told me too get a DD in sports bra, but don’t need too change the back size x hope this helps

I’m normally a 32/24 and have bought 34dd sports bra, feel its too tight though but not sure if that’s cup size too small or band. Think for the first couple of week a band bigger would be a lot more comfortably for me, espesh cos of swelling. You could buy a 34 dd and 36d an see which one is more comfortable then take one back? Xx

I was told to go up a back size to allow for swelling, trust me babe it was still tight!!! x

i had bigger back size for first week or so as was very swollen but am back to my normal back size and was from around 3 weeks on
