Any girls had 520 overs?

I’m 5 ft 5, 34 B and size 10. Anyone with similar stats had 520 overs? I’m trying to gauge what my final size could be as got slightly nervous the implants may be too big. Ideally would like to be a DD but would be happy as a small E.
