Morning ladies. I’ve just booked my consultation for Tuesday next week with mya and if all goes well I’m looking to book in September. I’m a bit exercise mad, I’m also a gym instructor and doing my personal training qualifications soon. I do a lot of running body weight training, HIT training and I weight train up to 75kg. I’m just wondering is there anyone on here who is also does a lot of exercise and weights and have gone back to normal exercise and been ok? What cc have you gone up too and have they got in your way whilst exercising or have they been ok? I’m sorry if these are silly questions and I will ask about it on Tuesday but just want to know from ladies that have had it done. Tia xx
