Any hairdressers out there post op?

Hey girls! Got my op booked for the 29th June 🙂 For my BA!! so excited but I’m a hairdresser and just wondering how long others had off in this field and what you was able to do after your time off! I know everyone is different but just as a rough idea!! Thanks girls xx

Hi Aimee! Seen your having your op with dr fallahdar do you mind if I add you, I have my first meeting with him on the 1st July! I’m also a hairdresser and been advised my people to have two weeks off, but Im thinking of going in a bit sooner than that, maybe a week and half after! Xx

I’m actually taking 2 weeks off and leaving my third week open!! I also have a junior who will be taking on my blowdrys for my first weeks back! As you can’t do anything too strenuous or anything that lifts your elbows for 6weeks!! I’d 100% take 2weeks at least!!!xx

You’ll have to let me know how you get on as yours is before mine!! Yeah I’ve tried to have 2 weeks off around the time I could get it done but got a few clients in all ready, was just going to give myself a bit longer to do them!! Xx

Naaaah I’d move them to be honest like don’t even risk it! You’re paying so much money you don’t want to have more time off to have it corrected it it goes wrong! You know!!xx

Yeah maybe I’ll try moving them around!! Have to just let ms know how you get on 🙂 xx
