Any help advice please

I am 10days past op I had 450cc under the muscle
My right boob is the main one that’s hurting it’s like my muscle keeps contracting and locking like a hard brick is this normal my right does it but my left is constantly
Wen do thing get better I no we’re all different but just need a ruff idea 🙈😢

Call the emergency number hun, it’s much better than getting any false reassurance as we don’t know your situation.
