    Hi Kiarah,
I had my ba on 14th aug at abbey riverside, london. I was daycase too, we got there 8.40am, booked in at reception, then nurse took me to my room, showed me knickers, stockings etc to put on, and took temperature, bp etc, asked questions etc… Anethasist came in checked more details etc, followed by Mr.Khan who took photos of boobs, drew on them, discussed what size implants again. Before i knew it at 11.10am, i was off to theatre. The staff there were fantastic, regular checkups, Mr Khan came and saw me again at 3.45pm and said i could go home, given antibiotics etc then we was on our way. You will share a room with being day case, but curtains are drawn round you all the time, the food was basic (take some for who is going with you, we thought it was pricey), but the aftercare is fantastic. I supppose it depends on how you feel after your op about being let home, i was up and walking around asap.
good luck, hope all goes well for you,
forgot to mention my partner could stay by my bedside before the op and was waiting there for me when i got back.
