Any larger implants 700-800cc ladies

Currently have 500cc overs with loosing gaining weight from pregnancy they seem to have taken a beating that and one of my implants Litrally falls out of its socket If I lay on my back.
So time for a fix them I have seen a surgeon pushed for the biggest size and he has offered 775 but under the muscle this time I have this genuine fear there not gonna be any bigger especially with going under the muscle do they really appear smaller than overs
Stats 5.4ft 9.7stone originally 32b what size is realistic to end up as mine now measure about an 32f but look like a D it’s very odd so always ask the surgeons for a bigger cup size than you want

I wanted to go really big and had to see a few different surgeons, the biggest I was offered was 520cc but when I had my surgery he wasn’t able to fit this size in so I’ve ended up with 475cc. It will be really interesting to follow your progress Koral as I know I’ll end up having more surgery in the next few years to try and go bigger x

What you have now will deffo stretch out some space for bigger implants next time. I had to push hard for my 500’s and there not even big there so over cautious these surgeons … this time I went to one place and he said no way he will do anything in 700’s range and that 620was the max obviously that’s not gonna be much difference from 500 … next surgeon just kept filling my bra until I was happy plus it was the limit of size they did … I’m expecting to be disappointed in size they sound big probly think there adequate and could of done 900’s lol … we shall see 2 weeks till surgery super excited now 🙂

Hey koral. I read you’re implant keeps slipping out of the pocket. Mine are 8 years old thet are 460cc high profile overs. And i think mine slipped out today. Its an odd shape now. Not painful thou. Wearing a sports bra now as im worried 🙁 x

Hi Isabella yeah when I lay down one will Litrally try and fall of the side of my body lol… tbh mine has been like this for the last 2 years so you can live with it mine needed fixing after having a baby . I think the fact there overs might be why there more liable to move about x
