Any one getting anxiety???? 8 days post op

I’ve been starting to feel rubbish from yesterday. From thinking have I don’t the right thing, to wanting a real nights sleep, wanting that tight chest pain to stop. Please tell me someone els is going through this to. ☹️
I just want to feel normal again !!!

That’s normal mines due in September but I’ve seen people says day 3 is the worst them seems to get better by 2 weeks your basically feel back to normal hold in there xx

Honestly its all worth it, a was no good for first 7 days after surgery but after that you get better everyday, am now 2 weeks post op and practically back to normal, only thing a find difficult is streching out. I feel your stress about the hardly sleeping part and its so frustrating, i am still not sleeping properly as my body just wants to turn over onto side but its not forever 🙂

I agree with Zoe! I’m two weeks post op tomorrow and I was in so much pain straight after due to being sick for 5 hours straight after op and allergic to the painkillers. You feel like you regret it because the pain is more uncomfortable and you feel restricted. Now I’m back to normal and can do near enough my daily routine. We will all thank ourselves once were fully recovered X

I totally get you. I am 8 days post op today and the last 3 days I’ve been feeling so down! I think it’s just natural and for me personally I think being restricted to my house and not being able to do much while my partner is off to work , playing football and socialising etc I am also feeling a bit lonely! But everything will fall into place and results will just get better as each day goes on – making this whole journey sooo worth it !
