Any petite size 8 / 60kgs girls having or have had OVERS?

Hey girls,
I have been advised by my surgeon to have my implants over the muscle. I went in thinking I wanted them placed under my muscle after doing my reading. I am concerned that because I’m flat chested and feel that my chest bones (unsure what the real name is) are visible that it may not look as natural as I want it to.

Are there any small framed girls having or have had the implants placed over the muscle. Please can you share any pics and the cc size you went for and what size you were before.

Hey I’m 5ft4 and 8st and I’m having my surgery in August but under the muscle. I wouldn’t know about over the muscle, but to be honest I’m actually quite nervous for this surgery as I’m pretty flat chested too.

I’m quite petite and didn’t have much up top and I had 250cc round high profile over the muscle 3 days ago. They look so natural, it’s really up to the surgeon with regards to placement it’s not something you get much say in. I wouldn’t worry! X

I initially decided to go for the 275cc, however I have changed my mind I want the 300cc. I have another appointment with the surgeon. Also who was your Surgeon?

Hey! I’m 5’5 and around 60/61kg I had little breast tissue and thought in the whole process I was receiving unders, I then woke up with overs! I had 425cc. The surgeon knows what’s best and what will suit you and what you want to achieve. If you have more questions ask to see him again and allow him to fully explain all the pros and cons and why he’s chosen this placement for you x

Having Giannas 3 weeks today I had my pre op with the nurse yeasterday so excited now I am having 400 overs but does he give u a option of havin a bigger size on the day of surgery as I am unsure weathe to have 425 did he use drains strapping band ect x. X

Hi Julia, I’ve similar stats to you and a 32a. I’m also having 340cc overs this month. I too was surprised at my surgeons recommendations as I don’t have much breast tissue. I came across LisaFiit Insta and YouTube channel, she vlogged her BA journey. She had overs despite being flat chested, her results are incredible and I can’t get over how natural they look for overs. Watching her journey definitely reassured me xx

Hi I have had 330cc over the muscle I am a size 6-8 5ft6.i am now having 425-450cc in August my breasts look natural have had them for 12 years but they drop after about 3 years. Hope this helps.

Hey, I am 7stone 5. Am was very flat before I had surgery. Due to my having a bend in my spine my surgeon would only do overs. I had 240cc and so happy! They look natural! Pictures on my profile

Hi! I’m similar stats too and I had 200cc overs high profile nearly 6 wks ago now with ms lutz. They look really natural, il try & upload my before and after pic x

He doesn’t use drains, I only had strapping for one night he takes it off before you leave usually xx

Hi Julia @juliaore I’m 5”3 @ 49kg and went with 275cc on my left and 300cc on my right – mod plus and overs… I only had my op on Wednesday so they’re still bandaged up, but hopefully this pic might help? I’m pleased with going with over, I was 32A before but my surgeon said I had enough tissue to go over so I did. I’m 2DPO now and not had the need for painkillers which has been great 🙂 xx

7st 7 and 5ft 2. I was advised to have over the muscle. I had 350cc UHP with an uplift. Dr Mounir was my surgeon.

in on having overs with 350cc and 375cc hp xx

I’m 5foot 6, 115lbs and a size 6 and I had 250cc overs hp in Feb 2018. Went from a 30a to 30e!

I am 56kg size 8 and want to go for overs as I want volume at the top and like the rounded look. Thank you all for sharing your experiences!

I’m size 8, 50kg and am 2DPO with overs. After doing my research I though I’d be having unders (hardly any boob left after breastfeeding 2 children for over a year each) but surgeon recommended overs and I think we have to believe the surgeon knows best!
My post op bra is a D cup at the moment x

I am 5ft1 and 45kg, currently a 32A.
I’m hoping to go with 210cc (but surgeon says he will try both 210 and 240cc during the surgery) and hopefully be a really cute C cup!
I’m afraid of anything too large as I want to keep my petite look. Would love to see your results!

Hi I’m 5.2 and 55kg just booked in for surgery and gone for 350cc but after reading comments lots have gone smaller size. These are also over has any one had 350 or 325 that could give advice on or share pictures please

I’m a 34a-ish(defo tiny???? probably smaller)

I’m a 34A size 8 and have been offered up to 375 overs, I’m really unsure what to go for so any photos would help!
