Any post op pics anyone?

Went for a consultation last week and now want the op ASAP! Does anyone have any pics of post op they can show me? I’m a B cup now looking to go to a approx. D cup, don’t want to go huge just want them fuller on top mainly as getting married abroad next year and would love to wear a backless dress! Something I’ve never been able to do. Xx
