any tips for b4/after op

has anyone got tips what to pack take or dos and donts for me as im like a virgin to all this and has noone to ask about it as none of my mates have had boobs done

BTW IM OVER NIGHT STAY CUS IVE GOT GRANNY BOOBS WHICH SAG BAD SO NEED UPLIFT AS WELL AS IMPLANTS 🙂

Defo make sure u have v-pillows for at home it is very hard to sleep upright for the first week or so if u haven’t got plenty of cushions! Take a dressing gown and slippers to the hospital and snacks/pop as I only got offered meals at meal times so was glad I took my own crisps & chocolate for in between meals! Defo make sure u have a button up top as its too painful to pull anything over your head & I’d recommend something easy to pull up like jiggers as I couldn’t pull my skinny jeans up (it was straining my chest muscles too much)……. Don’t forget sports bra’s Incase you get told to put them on when u go home xxx

Forgot to add that everybody seems to be bloated for a good week or so after op and its very uncomfortable so I bought some stuff from chemist, try prune juice, syrup of figs or laculose xx
