    Has anyone got any tips for sore nips ? I went back to work today 9 days after op !! Feel ok but my nipples are so sore x

    Try having some time out of your bra if you can? That helped me. Along with putting Vaseline on before bed 🙂 xx

    Buy lanolin nipple cream from the pharmacy. The same breast feeding women use. Will work a treat.
