Any tips on relieving chest tightness in the middle????

It’s gone and come back again couldn’t sleep last night felt like my chest was caving in I’ve tried frozen peas and that didn’t help. On iboprufen and that’s not working. Dreading going to bed tonight :/ any tips would be highly gratified xxxx

I’m only day 1 post op so can’t really help but I don’t no what I’d Di without my ice! Its really helping my swelling and discomfort x
