Any tips to help drop and fluff?

I am 7weeks post op tomorrow and my right implant is still sitting high.
Iv been massaging the muscle but now its getting sore on the top. Any hints / tips to help it drop & fluff? Its making me so paranoid now as one beast looks so much bigger than the other because the left has dropped and started to fluff 🙁
Would really appreciate any tips xxx

Hey . my nurse has said I can sleep without a bra now. I’m 3 weeks post … they all day different but mine are fluffing quite well x

If u were given a breast strap u could put it on but slightly slanted so it pressing down on the breast tht hasn’t dropped yet

I put mine back on to help drop them lower this was just before my 3 month ck up and it worked. I checked with my surgeon first though and she agreed
