anyone ask for the fake look

Hey just wana know the outcome of pple that asked for the fake look x

i think it just depends what implant size u get and what u start with whether u end up with a fake look or not, eg. if a girl has nice round pert B cups and gets a very large implant theyll look faker..
i hear girls say this alot but i cant see how the surgeon can do a different operation to make them look faker or make them look more natural?? obviously some people say overs look faker but most look the same as unders to me! xx
