Anyone else getting muscle contractions??

Seriously getting Me down now every time i move My left arm my muscle in My left breast contracts to make My breast hard then relaxes again but it’s so painful :'( i asked My nurse & all she said was ‘yeah you could get them for a while’ driving Me crazy! Xx

Yeah I got them for my first week. It’s not a nice feeling but at least we know its normal! Xx

Yeah hun it’s normal I also got awful electric shock type pains across both boobs as my nerves reconnected x

yeah mine have gone now lovely. lasted about a week i think x

I’m feeling a lot better in Myself thanks, i still get tired really easily & have shortness of breath as My chest is so tight, it’s just the contractions & shooting pains that are bothering Me the most. How are you feeling hun? @kikij87 your profile pic looks so good! Xx

I’m glad to hear you’re feeling a bit better hun! Just take it easy, it’ll get better and better with time! I’m really good, thanks! Completely back to normal now, wearing a bra for a few hours at a time and it feels so nice being able to do normal things again Xxx

Thanks candy! I did apart from the bottom part covering the incisions. I got uncomfy and impatient! Haha got my appointment tomorrow with the nurse to remove it all and check everything’s okay

@candy it started getting better by week 2/3 but still get odd twinge now and again nothing major though.
Despite all that I was off painkillers by day 3 so had a good recovery.
Hope yours gets easier soon x
