Anyone else had 300cc hp over

Anyone else had 300cc overs from a a/b cup. I’m a petite size 8 and I’m five foot 2. I’ve got another appointment with Mr Trayner Monday im consedering going bigger if anyone could show me any pics if they have had a similar size it would be much appriciated my BA is the 16th Sep xxx
